Well i was going to start by saying how good the new year has been... even it has been only a week, but blogger saw fit to delete my post three times before i was able to post it :D so Blogger sucks and the first week is good :D
Anyway As the girl in the Starbucks near the Hall building said the other day "Its 2007! That's like the countdown signal for 2010!!!".
Yes ladies and gentlemen, I sold my soul to go to Starbucks! Well I did keep my dignity by ordering juice instead of coffee! Which to those who know me is not so big since i don't drink coffee anyway...
Anyway now that the welcoming crap is out of the way let's start with a watch list shall we.
This goes out to my very good friend 'B' who will hopefully make it his new year resloution to use this list to finally catch the girl he likes :P (she likes TV even more than I do... apparently)
- I think I'm going to start with a show that's been getting a lot of attention lately; Little mosque on the Prairie is a -Not surprisengly- a Canadian sitcom that talks about a a "small Muslim community in the prairie town of Mercy, many of whose residents are wary of their new, more “exotic” neighbors". The show looks very promising and i highly recomend that you watch the very funny clips posted on the website.
The show airs this Tuesday January 9th at 8:30pm EST on CBC to be moved later to its regular spot on Mondays at 9:00pm EST
- Another new addition to my watch list is Afro Samurai
Starring Samual L. Jackson as the revenge driven afro samurai out to look for his father's killer. The show meant for adult audiences and you'll understand why when you go see the sample fight they have on the website. Lots of broken arms, decapitated heads and stabbed bodies make this show 18+ only...
yeah right :P just make sure you don't go around killing people with your freaky katana while throwing cigerrates into your friends' mouths and I think you should be ok.
The show aired on January 4th 11pm EST on Spike TV and is scheduled for 5 episodes

- NBC's Heros continuing the story of our favourite band of superheros out to save new york city from the exploding man. Who happens to be one of them??!!

- Fox's Prison Break coming with yet another surprising twist as the cons turn back to face the big bad government.
Monday January 29th at 9:00pm EST
- CBS's Shark with new cases for the baddest lawyer in all the land Sabastian stark.
Aired Wednesday January 4th at 10:00pm EST
- honorable mention goes to ABC's Lost (Boy am I going to get Fried for this one), ABC's Ugly Betty, NBC's My Name is Earl and Fox's Til Death
